Friday Fill-In

1. Why do we have to keep bailing out billionaires?
2. Sleeping and eating are now habits.
3. I have a sore throat.
4. I had never heard the phrase "the check is in the mail" and it really is.
5. I slept today the way I always do.
6. How was I to know that my baby Jake would bless my life.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to working, tomorrow my plans include getting a break from the children and Sunday, I want to relax!

Quickly, lay off Obama people. It is almost as if he can do nothing right. Politics aside, he is our president and he is trying to change things for all of us. So for pete's sake, give him a chance. All of us armchair quarterbacks need to give him the space to try to right what is wrong. I certainly did not see Bush making one single effort in changing the economy his last 8 months in office.
And so what if he went on Leno. What is that a sin now? Grr! 1 hour on Leno is not going to change our World. Heavens!

AIG- I love that they wanted to honor their contracts. I think what is most interesting is that had they not honored those contracts, who was going to stand up and sue? What a putz that person would be in the public eye if they sued for their bonus. In no way was anyone going to do that. AIG was wrong in paying out. If I were CEO, I would have taken the chance, not honored those contracts, and see what yahoo would try to get the money anyway.

Bentley is getting more comfotable. He is still very sketchy but he loves to headbutt your face and he likes helping Charlie get dressed in the morning. He is pretty cute.

Picking up Chelsea tomorrow.
