Quiet Friday

Well, first, Happy Friday! You all know how much I love Fridays. A Fall Friday is pure heaven to me.
I took the boy's to the park again today. It was nice. There were not a lot of children there today. Or at least none that Josh was terribly interested in playing with. Jake just sort of loafed around. He thinks it is funny to be up with the big kids and watch them run around. He likes for me to pick him up and carry him. Or put him on the slide and hold his hand as he goes down. He still falls backwards on the slide as he goes down. He hasn't learned how to sit up straight and go down yet. Well, sort of like that video down below of Josh starting off sitting up and ended eating wood chips. Poor baby!
I do not mind holding Jake. Though I hope at some point he finds interest in climbing and playing. He eats so much and I want him to be active too. Though I do love that he is a Mommy's boy! He is my little pork chop!

So just someone please tell me that the economy is going to get better. It just seems to get worse and worse. I mean, really, what is it going to take? When is it going to stop falling? It's crazy and it is starting to really get to me.

Our babysitter Nichole has her number back up and working which is SO great! Now I can get a hold of her when we want to go out. Chelsea said she was so good with the kids and there were a lot of them here. Poor thing! She even cleaned the house for me too which was very sweet. So I am really happy we have a way to get a hold of her now :)

Monday Cynthia is taking the children so I can go to the psychiatrist. I am hoping they put me on something magicial to get me through the hormone crisis I am about to experience. Thus far, from the taste I got of it, I hope these antidepressants really work! I know they can lessen the hotflashes but I also hope they even out the hormone flucuation because holy cow. So send me lots of good wishes on Monday!

So we have some new neighbors down the street and they sit out every night. We used to sit out every night but now, not so much. When it is nice out we do. But sometimes the kids are just too tired or Charlie comes home too late or whatever. So we can't sit out. I plan on going down there to say hello someday. I want to at least introduce ourselves since we are on the HOA board and stuff.

Chelsea is at a choir performance at another high school tonight. So I have to pick her up around 10. I guess her friend didn't have a ride home so she asked Chelsea to ask me if I could take her home. Of course I would. My gosh. No way would I leave a child at school to fend for herself at 10pm at night.

We actually had a customer on thewallaby.com She wanted to buy one for her friend. Sadly our prototype is coming along very slowly. But when it's done, it will be fantastic! I am just happy someone is interested!

OK signing off for the night.
Happy Friday to all :)
