The Unbirthday

I no longer wish to acknowledge my birthday. I am thankful for the wishes and the awesome gifts but it is just another day to me and I like it that way.

I got a Roomba! I think I am in love! And I got a new camera finally which I have wanted forever! Then my Mom took us out for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday she was here. What a relief not to cook. It was awesome!

Thursday I made tacos. Friday Mom went in and saw Josh's classroom and then we got to see Chelsea in concert. She had a school performance. It was really good. Saturday we went to a dog show. Saw some cool dogs and a few Great Danes. It was a nice weekend.

Here is a photo of Jake at the dog show.

My left side is still hurting a little but certainly not as bad. I am not sure if there is a seroma still or not. Frankly I have not checked. Tired of dealing with it.
Talked to my sis yesterday. Miss her to death. She had a spill off Winston at a show last weekend. She is a little banged up but ok. She never falls so I was surprised to hear it. Winston refused the jump at the very last second because it was muddy and his feet were a little stuck in the mud. What a turkey!
Talked to Bern this week! Yea! I know it has been forever since we talked. I missed her. She was having major dog issues. I guess with 4 dogs, that is bound to happen. Bless her heart.
Chelsea is home sick today. She has a wicked cold. I think she sounds a lot worse than she actually feels.
Went over to Paul's (my marriage material neighbor) yesterday. I talked to him about what to expect with the surgery and such. I could have stayed there all day. He is so nice, cute and funny! He looks scared and a little worried. He should be fine though.
My Social Services Advisory Committee meeting is coming up. It's probably going to be a long one. We have a lot to discuss. I think I may need a babysitter because Charlie has school.
Charlie's school is going well. He is getting A's like I knew he would.
OK I need to go. Love to all!
